Extra Large Copper Rose with Vase Base Copper Metal Sculpture

When I first started making roses 13 years ago this is what I envisioned. It may have taken over a decade to do, but I think it was worth it. I really like the way the leaves form the shape of a vase,
and the abundance of green helps to make the rose stand out more. The rose is removable from the vase, making it interchangable with other flowers I make.

The XLarge Rose w/Vase Base is 16" high and 9" wide. It is made from recycled copper, brazed with silver solder, finished with red and green dye oxides, and topcoated with an exterior lacquer.
